Bass response is surprisingly deep for such a small cabinet and very well defined. High frequencies are effortless and unrestrained. Transitions between frequencies appear seamless. These speakers have been carefully tested and are in excellent working order. The foam surrounds have been replaced and are ready for many years of reliable service. There are a few dings at the rear of one cabinet, but otherwise these speakers are spotless and make a wonderful visual impression. They really look new from just a couple feet away.
